Returns / Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to process returns/exchanges. If you goofed on an order, reach out to us over email and we can figure something out.

Damaged Items / Incorrect Order

If an item arrives damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged item along with your order number. It is possible to (a) request a refund or (b) request a reshipment of the damaged item.

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please send us a picture so we can show our fulfillment department and let them send you the correct item. If the item is out of stock, let us know if you would like a different item or a refund.

Lost Items

If there has been no update on your tracking number for quite some time, please send us an email and we will follow up with our customer service team to track down the parcel. If it is determined the item was lost, you have the following options: (a) request a refund or (b) request a reshipment.

If requesting a reshipment, please confirm over email that the address on file is 100% correct to expedite the process.

Unclaimed Customs Items / Incorrect Address (Sent back to sender)

If an item is unclaimed by the customer and sent back to one of our fulfillment centers, we can either attempt to reship the item (at our expense) or issue a refund for the item(s). Original shipping cost will not be refunded. In an event of an order being sent back to sender, please confirm that your shipping information is 100% correct (double check for typos, see if it comes up on google maps, etc).
